Have you every been so tired that your eyebrows felt like 100 pound barbells? I mean I am tired as hell. I have been sicker than a dogg for a couple of days and drinking cough syrup like shots of Jack. Unfortunatly, I took the night time stuff during the day time and I fell like a zombie. Life is stressful and too much work makes me sick and tired. I throw myself into things so far that I cannot get out. I have a high level of commitment and have a hard time saying no to work related responsibilities. I have a kid who does not like to sleep at night and a wife who does so well with that. Or at least she does not cry about it to me. When I get home at the end of a long day they are my only release from my school, work, and other responsibilities rat race.

I think sleep is one of my favorite recreational activities. I wish I could go to sleep for like 12 hours with no interuptions. My birthday is coming soon maybe I can get that wrapped up and put under my Christmas Tree for my birthday.

I just got promoted in my current job with no extra money and no other benefits. I am an idiot. More responsibility and the same lame pay. I also graduate in May from my presitigous university in the Lone Star State. All that and I have a family - where does the time go? I put in my 16 hour day and there is not much to do but hit the hay and pray you wake up the next morning. There has to be more to life than this? But there is not and I'll stop complaining.

Yeah, Geocaching. . . Have you ever heard of it? Do you have some time to kill?

This fun game uses Global Positioning Systems to find caches, or in your terms, treasure. The website is www.geocaching.com. Check it out. It is pretty fun and there are caches to find all over the world. In fact, I think I'm going to go out right now.

This is good, clean, cheap fun for the whole family. Sick of going to movies or sporting events. This is a nice change of pace from everyday stuff.

I told you these posts were going to be random. Brace yourself

Whiney Orange v. Zero U - Who yuh got?

Biggest college game of the year for you UT fans. . . This might be the year that Texas finally beats Oklahoma.

Keys to the game - Maddam No - Mayor Laura Miller of Dallas better pray the Cotton Bowl does not cave in on this game. After their 2007 contract is up - these two teams will NEVER play in the Dallas again. Dallas refuses to spend tax dollars on sports, period! Mark my words.

Vince Young must be huge. Not only with is legs but he must be able to convert on 3rd down throwing the ball and get the Horns in the endzone. They must also never come away empty inside the redzone. Young must show America that he is going to contend with Matt Leinhart and Reggie Bush for the Heisman.

If Oklahoma is going to have any prayer of a chance this year - I have two names for you. Bob Stoopes and Adrian Petersen must have career days. If there is one team that Stoopes and Zero U can beat it is Mack Brown and the Whiney Orange. Adrian Petersen, from Palestine, Texas, must blow up. Once again, if Zero U will have any chance - A.P. must rush for at least 150 yards and not turnover the football. Young Q.B. Bomar must make good decisions and not turnover the football. The Oklahoma offense lives on the big play - the must come up big in this department.

Have fun down at the Texas State Fair and enjoy some good ol' college football. I've got the Longhorns impaling Zero U by at least 2 scores. I'm taking Texas by 17! Who yuh got?

Late - - L.A.

I AM Logan Allen. . .

You remember those commercials with Tiger Woods. He slams the ball down the fairway and turns to the camera and says "I am Tiger Woods." This little girl lands a gymnastics move and says "I am Tiger Woods." Well, I'm no Tiger Woods, but I AM LOGAN ALLEN!

Logan Allen is my imagination and my inner existence of an outside world. That is why we'll keep this enjoyable bio-dome, my own personal random thoughts. . .

Little about me.

I'm a university student in the Lonestar State. I'm disgruntled with having to pay inflated tuition rates for what I believe is a sub-par education. Love getting bent over handing over a couple of grand that I've sweat to make over the last couple of months. I'm simple yet complex, fun but boring, conservatively, liberal or a fence-sitter. I'm interested in sports, politics, religion, why things are the way the are, and questioning everything. I daydream, listen to all types of music. Dave Matthews is in my Cd player, Staind is playing on my computer, ESPN radion is playing in my truck, SheDaisy is playing at work, Eddie Money is the background. I am interested in all walks of life and everyones tick, tocks. I play guitar, video games, play fantasy sports, live vicariously through myself. I get stressed and worry about money, don't sleep much, eat way to much fast food, don't save enough money, work to much, waste too much time, and busy and busy and busy til I am bored. I'm cheap but flaunt it. . .I do dish not cable. . . I don't have a DVD player - I have a playstation. I have a white dog that looks cream because she is dirty. I wish I had her energy - she runs about like her ass is on fire. . I love the internet and test driving cars that I can't afford. I buy don't rent unless it is an apartment. I don't do inlaws or hurricanes in the dirty south. I love little corns on the cob and hate fried okra. I've got more guitars then some people have teeth. I don't date my sister and always kissed on the first date. . I'm interesting - are you asleep yet? I've lived all over the West and no desire to live back East or overseas but I'd love to live in Australia. Are you confused yet? Get used to it - that's me - I AM LOGAN ALLEN! It only gets better from here. .
